 By placing you order you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

 At E. Torndahl we want our customers to be happy with all products purchased through us as well as the purchase process. Therefore we have a return policy that gives all customers 14 days from the date of receiving their item to return it and be fully reimbursed. However, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Simply send the unused item you wish to return back to us in its original packaging. The return address is:

Should your item be broken or damaged upon delivery you may receive a new item, contact us at order@etorndahl.se and we will work out a solution.

Shipping is by regular mail to the address given when placing the order. After your order has been shipped we are unfortunately unable the change the shipping address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your item will be shipped one to two days after the order has been placed provided that the item is in stock. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days when shipping within Sweden. The delivery period to addresses abroad is estimated to 1-2 weeks. If we are unable to deliver you item within 30 days of ordering you have the right to cancel you order. 

You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped.

Shipping is free for purchases over 3000 SEK.

Accepted payment methods are by card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
